Platform Fee

BAGSxBAGS charges a 1% fee on deposits to the reward pool.

Example

If you deposit 100 tokens to create or contribute to a collab:

• 1 token (1%) goes to the platform
• 99 tokens go to the reward pool

When Fees Apply

Fees are collected when:

• ✅ Creating a collab (on initial deposit)
• ✅ Contributing additional tokens to a pool

Fees do NOT apply when:

• ❌ Joining a collab (free to enter)
• ❌ Claiming rewards (you get your full share)

Solana Transaction Fees

Standard Solana network fees apply to all transactions:

• Creating a collab: ~0.000005 SOL
• Joining a collab: ~0.000005 SOL
• Claiming rewards: ~0.000005 SOL

These fees go to Solana validators, not BAGSxBAGS.

Fee Transparency

All fees are:

• Clearly shown before confirming transactions
• Recorded in the audit log
• Visible on Solana Explorer

The 1% platform fee supports:

• Server and infrastructure costs
• Ongoing development
• Community initiatives
